Δ The OPD (Ongoing Professional Development) training year is from 1 January - 31 December 2012
Δ Completing your Compulsory 5 hours' OPD this year, you no longer have to submit either an annual return or proof of OPD - the latter will be done for you by AssentTECS who send details of completed OPD to the AGs Department - a relief for celebrants Australia wide! The Compulsory topic on the day is based on completing the Notice of Intended Marriage this year and is one hour long.
